To buy a house or land for building if you are not a permanent resident living in Australia. you need permission from the Foreign Investment Review Board. We can organise this for you.

If you are buying a home for the first time in Australia you may be eligible for a Commonwealth First Home Owners Grant (FHOG). Again we can assist you with this.

Applicants can borrow up to 80% of the property value, and must provide the following:

– Proof of income for last 2 financial years (tax returns or group certificate)
– Most recent pay slip from current employer.
– The most recent 3 months bank savings records.
– Proof of shares and / or other securities.
– Proof of employment in Australia; must be similar type of job to your existing/previous job.
– Proof of funds to settle i.e. min 20% of property value deposit and min 5% of property value in available cash funds to cover general purchase costs. These include legal fees, loan fees, stamp duty etc.
– If you own existing property, statements from mortgage accounts showing most recent 6 months of transactions (no arrears)
– If you own property, current property rates notices or title certificates.
– Proof of ID being scanned copy of current passport and drivers license. These scanned copies must be stamped and signed by a Justice of the Peace to indicate that originals have been sighted.
